- Candidate orientation - candidates are given our rules of employment upon initial registration. This covers all potential issues and how to handle them. We discuss work ethic and acceptable behavior on the job.

- One Call – one call is all that is needed. Someone on our staff will return your call immediately
- On site – if needed, we will place one of our staff members on site to facilitate an easy process flow for potential candidates
- Check Delivery – we will deliver payroll checks every Tuesday upon preference
